用扫描电镜研究了正常人的蛛网膜绒毛的三维结构.观察到人的蛛网膜绒毛的上皮间存在着较宽的裂隙和较小的孔洞.在上皮的表面可见微绒毛和球样突起.根据形态可把微绒毛分为两类:棒样微绒毛和末端有泡的微绒毛,微绒毛的分布不是均匀一致的,偶尔可见微绒毛聚集成花样结构.球样突起可有表面光滑完整的,也可见大面破碎者.结果支持脑脊液通过两种机制吸收入血.
