新中国早期的稿酬问题

辛亥革命胜利以后,文化人不再受朝廷或官僚的豢养,成了自由职业者,逐渐获得了经济独立。书籍、报刊作为商品进入了文化市场,出版者发行书报可以赚钱;作者按劳取酬,获得版税或稿酬,更是理所当然。新中国成立后,我国实行了基本稿酬加印数稿酬的付酬制度,但其间几经反复,稿酬一降再降,到“文革”期间降到了零。

After the victory of the Revolution of 1911, cultural people were no longer supported by the government or bureaucrats. They became freelancers and gradually gained economic independence. Books, newspapers and periodicals have entered the cultural market as commodities, and publishers can make money by issuing newspapers and magazines. It is only natural that the authors get royalties or remuneration according to labor laws. After the founding of New China, China implemented a system of remuneration for basic remuneration plus printing remuneration, but in the meantime it repeatedly dropped its remuneration down to zero during the Cultural Revolution.
