研究了热处理对部分晶化的1K107纳米晶带材磁芯的电感量和磁导率的影响。结果表明,随最终退火温度的上升,电感和磁导率呈现先升高后下降的趋势,在所试验退火温度和测试频率范围内,样品的综合性能以560℃退火温度为最佳。在退火温度为570℃、测试频率为1 k Hz时,得到磁芯有效磁导率最大值103 340。
The effect of heat treatment on the inductance and permeability of a partially crystallized 1K107 nanocrystalline tape core was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the final annealing temperature, the inductance and the permeability begin to increase and then decrease. The annealing temperature and the test frequency range of the sample annealed at 560 ℃ are the best. When the annealing temperature is 570 ℃ and the test frequency is 1 k Hz, the maximum effective magnetic permeability of the magnetic core is 103 340.
