分析了我国煤炭资源赋存和生产现状,指出我国煤矿已经进入深部开采,并很快进入千米以下开采时代,深部矿井建设将呈现大型化、集约化和现代化趋势。深部巷道掘进现状和困难表明:高地应力、高地温等复杂条件下,传统的钻爆法和综掘机难以满足千米深部大型煤矿快速安全建设的要求。基于深部巷道实际情况和TBM在其他地下工程中所展现的各种优势,提出将TBM应用于深部煤矿建设,并回顾了已有的TBM在煤矿中的应用案例。鉴于深部岩体赋存环境及其力学行为的复杂性,指出了TBM应用于深部煤矿建设的一系列关键问题。
This paper analyzes the occurrence and production status of coal resources in our country, points out that China’s coal mines have entered deep mining and will soon enter the mining age of less than 1000 meters. The construction of deep mines will become large, intensive and modern. The status quo and difficulties of deep roadway excavation show that under the complex conditions of high ground stress and high ground temperature, the traditional drilling and blasting methods and the fully-mechanized digging machine are difficult to meet the requirements of fast and safe construction of large-scale large-scale coal mines in kilometers. Based on the actual conditions of deep tunnels and the advantages of TBM in other underground projects, TBM is proposed to be applied to the construction of deep coal mines. The existing application cases of TBM in coal mines are reviewed. In view of the complexity of the occurrence environment and mechanical behavior of deep rock mass, a series of key problems that TBM is applied to deep coal mine construction are pointed out.
