天津医科大学几位学者通过系统评价旨在发现接受头颈部肿瘤放疗的患者出现体质量下降的风险因素。研究者以体质量下降、头颈肿瘤、放射治疗、营养不良、预测、影响因素以及决定因素为关键词,通过检索从1982-2014年在PubMed、EMBASE以及Cochrane数据库发表的所有英文文献,共检索出390篇文献,最终纳入22篇文献进行系统评价。研究结果显示:接受头颈部肿瘤放疗的患者发生体质量下降的3个主要风险因素:肿瘤晚期、治疗前
Several scholars at Tianjin Medical University conducted a systematic review to find out the risk factors for the decline in body mass in patients receiving head and neck cancer radiotherapy. The researchers retrieved all the English articles published in the PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane databases from 1982 to 2014 with the key words of decreased body mass, head and neck cancer, radiation therapy, malnutrition, prognosis, influencing factors and decisive factors 390 articles, finally included 22 articles for systematic review.
