第四次全军流行病学专业学术会议于1990年9月24～27日在济南举行。参加会议的有来自全军各科研、教学、医疗系统的专业干部及部队基层卫生防疫单位的代表共104人。全军流行病学专业组顾问蒋豫图教授、组长于光烈教授由于健康原因未能到会,会议由副组长陈友绩教授与其他三位副组长共同主持。总后卫生部防疫处处长王晋山、济南军区后勤部卫生部部长王金义、山东省军区副司令员韩永录等出席了开幕式并讲了话。
The Fourth PLA Conference on Epidemiology was held in Jinan from September 24 to September 1990. A total of 104 representatives of professional cadres from various research, teaching and medical systems and grass-roots health and epidemic prevention units of the armed forces attended the conference. Professor Jiang Yu-tut, head of the PLA’s epidemiological professional group, and Professor Yu Guanglie, the head of the PLA’s epidemiological professional group, were unable to attend the meeting due to health reasons. The meeting was co-chaired by the Vice-Chair Professor Chen Youji and the other three deputy heads. Wang Jinshan, chief of the epidemic prevention department of the Ministry of Health, Wang Jinyi, head of the Ministry of Health of the Jinan Military Region Logistics Department and Han Yonglu, deputy commander of the Shandong Military Region, attended the opening ceremony and made speeches.
