采用薄层扫描法对归脾丸(浓缩丸)中阿魏酸的含量进行了测定。结果表明,该法具有操作简便,稳定性强重现性好,灵敏度高等优点。
The content of ferulic acid in Guipi Pills (concentrated pills) was determined by TLC scanning. The results show that this method has the advantages of simple operation, good reproducibility and high sensitivity.
