对于未成年人刑事检察工作的考评机制,是上级检察机关监督和引导下级检察机关未检工作的重要手段和指导措施,对于未成年人刑事检察的工作思路和侧重点的制定起着不可替代的作用。文章通过全指出现阶段考评难点及存在的问题,试图从科学设置考评指标、规范考评运行、强化考评结果等方面努力尝试完善未检考评机制。
The evaluation mechanism for the criminal prosecution of minors is an important means and guidance measure for the procuratorial organs at higher levels to supervise and guide unscheduled work of procuratorial organs at lower levels and plays an irreplaceable role in the work train of thought and emphasis of minors on criminal procurators effect. Through all the difficulties and problems in the stage of appraisal, the article attempts to try to improve the mechanism of not appraised appraisal in terms of scientifically setting appraisal index, standardizing appraisal operation and strengthening appraisal result.
