冷库制冷装置常因错误操作或设备失修而发事故,这已引起人们的普遍重视。但近几年,笔者接触的几例“事故”,确属“意外”,虽然意外,但教训还是要吸取的。现简述如下: 一、一起跑氨事故。1986年7月某库油分离器联接冷凝器的排气管断裂,跑氨达25分钟之久。事故原因是:该库油分离器底座地坪低洼,机房的冲刷水、雨水、冷凝器进水管喷溅长期积存于油分器底座周围,造成基础下沉,排气管随设备机体下陷,但排气管的另一端连接在冷凝器上,并不同时下陷,结果受剪切力,管道在与油分器连接处断裂跑氨。
