用光镜和透射电镜观察了不同浓度碳铂对 A_(549)肺癌细胞的作用。发现碳铂对细胞外形、细上核及核仁有明显的作用,能使细胞由不规则形向圆形转变;细胞质密度增加,许多细胞中出现空泡,核内染色质在碳铂浓度低时无明显改变,浓度高时变得粗糙致密。核仁从大而不规则的网状型变成小而致密的球型。提示:碳铂对 A_(549)肺癌细胞有明显的抑制和攻击作用,其可能通过核仁的抑制而阻止癌细胞DNA 复制及细胞生长,并对细胞内某些代谢话动有抑制。
The effects of different concentrations of carboplatin on A_ (549) lung cancer cells were observed by light and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that carboplatin has a significant effect on cell shape, fine upper nucleus and nucleoli, which can cause cells to change from irregular shape to circular shape; cytoplasm density increases, vacuoles appear in many cells, nuclear chromatin is low in carbon platinum concentration There was no significant change in the time, and it became rough and dense when the concentration was high. The nucleolus changed from a large and irregular mesh pattern to a small, dense sphere. It is suggested that carboplatin can inhibit and attack A_ (549) lung cancer cells, which may inhibit the DNA replication and cell growth of cancer cells through inhibition of nucleolus, and inhibit some of the cellular metabolism.
