横纹肌肉瘤是儿童常见恶性软组织肉瘤,是由于多种重要的细胞生长调节基因功能失调的结果。目前已发现Pax基因,癌基因以及抑癌基因的突变或异常表达与横纹肌肉瘤的发生、发展有关,横纹肌肉瘤细胞分子遗传特征与横纹肌肉瘤的临床表型相关,对其分子生物学进行研究为该病的临床研究提供了新线索。
Rhabdomyosarcoma is a common malignant soft tissue sarcoma in children, which is the result of dysfunction of many important cell growth regulatory genes. It has been discovered that mutations or abnormal expression of Pax genes, oncogenes, and tumor suppressor genes are associated with the occurrence and development of rhabdomyosarcoma. The molecular genetic characteristics of rhabdomyosarcoma cells are related to the clinical phenotype of rhabdomyosarcoma, and its molecular biology studies should be conducted. Clinical studies of the disease provide new clues.
