我从事教育工作43年,曾任教育局长多年。退下来后,组织上让我协助抓师训工作。几年来,我和市教委的同事们,不断提高对师训工作重要性的认识,坚持不懈地抓好师资培训工作,取得了显著成绩。看着自己从事的工作有了新的起色,我这进入人生晚景的老人感到无比的欣慰。勤汇报,多请示,争取各级领导的重视和支持要搞好工作,就离不开各级党政领导的重视和支持,离不开上级业务主管部门的正确指导。这是我工作几十年来的经验。每逢师训工作关键环节,我总是主动向教委党委做详细汇报。需要采取什么措施,需要哪个部门配合,都一一提出建议,提交党委研究。邓州市教委一班人,对师资培训工作十分重视,对师训方面提出的要求总是认真研究,积极解决。一是舍得指派有能力
