由工程机械研究所設計,长春市机械厂試制的QG—1020管道起重机,已用于某石油管綫施工工程。該机系配装在紅旗—100(或C—100)拖拉机上的一种不能廻轉的起重机(見图),带有一套提管附加設备,主要用于管綫工程中配合除锈机和絕緣机进行提升、下放和移动管道等工作,协助电焊机将管道焊接成管綫,最后将管綫鋪入埋管沟中。适用于管道直径为φ108～529公厘的各种管綫工程的施工。也适用于建筑工地、露天仓庫作一般起重机之用,以及工場或野外工地中机器的安装和拆卸等工作。
Designed by the Institute of Construction Machinery, the QG-1020 pipeline crane commissioned by the Changchun Machinery Factory has been used in the construction of an oil pipeline. This machine is equipped with a non-twisting crane (see figure) on the red flag-100 (or C-100) tractor, with a set of additional equipment, mainly used for pipeline engineering with derusting machine The insulation machine is used for lifting, lowering, and moving pipelines. It assists the welding machine to weld the pipelines into pipelines. Finally, the pipelines are laid into the buried trenches. It is suitable for the construction of various pipeline projects with pipe diameters ranging from φ108 to 529 mm. It also applies to construction sites, open storage for general cranes, and installation and demolition of machines in workshops or field sites.
