患者男性,62岁。因刷烈心前区疼痛伴大汗淋漓6小时,于1979年5月8日急症入院。体检:血压42/20。痛苦面容,颈静脉不怒张。心界不大,心律不齐,心率22～30次,有频发早搏。第一心音减弱,心尖区Ⅱ级吹风样收缩期杂音。两肺无罗音。腹软。肝脾未及,四肢厥冷,无水肿。心电图特征:1979年5月8日上午8时示:各导联P波消失,代之以“f”波,电轴+75°,QRS波0.11″,
Male patient, 62 years old. Because of intense pain in front of the area with sweating profuse 6 hours, on May 8, 1979 emergency admission. Physical examination: blood pressure 42/20. Painful face, jugular vein does not anger. Small heart, arrhythmia, heart rate 22 to 30 times, frequent premature beats. The first heart sound weakened, apnea Ⅱ grade hair-like systolic murmur. Two lungs without rales. Abdomen soft. Lack of liver and spleen, limbs, cold, no edema. ECG characteristics: May 8, 1979 at 8 o’clock in the morning showed: the P wave of the lead disappears, replaced by “f” wave, axis + 75 °, QRS wave 0.11 ",
