近年来.我院应用654-2治疗癫痫持续状态,取得较满意效果,现报告如下.例1;患者,女,33岁,原发性癫痫病史6年.曾在外地做脑电图符合癫痫改变,近几年来病情逐渐加重,有时1日发作数次.于1995年10月8日病情再次发作,24小时内周身发作10余次,经针灸及苯巴比妥钠肌肉注射均无效果.患者神志不清,口吐白沫,尿便失禁.速用苯妥英纳及安定等药物治疗,抽搐仍未见好转.入院后6小时给于6542-20mg/次·日加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静点,抽搐次数开始减少,次日继续静点654-2注射液20mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静点,于午后4时病人逐渐清醒(但病人出现一些精神症状),于入院第四天停用654-2注射液20mg/次·日静点后,后,病人精神症状逐渐消失.改用654-2片20mg/次口服,每日3次,至出院10天内未再出现抽搐.出院后继续口服654-2片(剂量同前)6个月.停药后随访1年,一直未再出现癫痫发作.
