在实验室条件下,通过正交设计等方法对镁合金与硅钙在钢水精炼中作用的对比研究表明,镁、钙合金精炼对钢水都有良好的净化效果,且各具特色。硅钙合金脱硫能力优于镁合金,对夹杂物的变性效果也好;镁合金在去气和排除夹杂物方面有明显的优势。在相近精炼效果下,所需用镁量低于用钙量。结果还表明使用镁钙稀土复合合金可取得最佳的综合精炼效果。
Under laboratory conditions, the comparative study of magnesium alloy and calcium silicate in molten steel refining by orthogonal design shows that the refining of magnesium and calcium alloy has a good purification effect on molten steel, and each has its own characteristics. Silicon-calcium alloy desulfurization capacity is better than magnesium alloy, the degeneration effect of inclusions is also good; magnesium alloy has obvious advantages in removing gas and removing inclusions. In the similar refining effect, the required amount of magnesium is less than the amount of calcium. The results also show that the use of Mg-Ca rare earth composite alloy can achieve the best overall refining effect.
