New materials are the material basis and breakthrough for the development of new and high technologies, and they play a strong supporting role in the development of other pillar industries. The transformation of the traditional metal materials industry with new technologies and new equipment, the development of new metal materials, new products, and new products is the top priority for the development of China’s metal materials industry.
