延庆县的小学附设学前班,是农村儿童接受学前教育的一种主要补充形式。为了落实国家教委《关于进一步办好幼儿学前班的意见》,使我县学前班质量不断提高,我们发挥教研部门的职能作用,做了以下几方面工作。 一、与小教科配合,加强对学前班的管理 1990年初我们对全县学前班基本情况进行了调查摸底。延庆县学前班附设在小学里,受小学管理,因此,无论在教育或各项活动上都受小学的影响。加之设备简陋,受过专业训练的教师少,这样,学前班不可避免地出现了小学化倾向。针对这些情况,我们与小教科共同拟定下发了《延庆县小学附设学前班管理意见》、《达标条件》、《学前班一日活动安排》、
