通过对系统功能和模型分析,设计动态监测系统方案,基于LabVIEW设计带式输送机动态监测虚拟仪器。以带式输送机纠偏监测为例,实时采集、处理带式输送机动态监测信号,显示并发出指令。带式输送机控制装置收到相应指令后,通过调节带式输送机控制机构以实现纠偏。
Through the analysis of system function and model, the system of dynamic monitoring system is designed and the virtual instrument of dynamic monitoring of belt conveyor is designed based on LabVIEW. Take the belt conveyor deviation monitoring as an example, real-time collection and processing of belt conveyor dynamic monitoring signal, display and issue instructions. Belt conveyor control device receives the appropriate command, by adjusting the belt conveyor control mechanism to achieve correction.
