When formulating the industrial policy of an industry, the government generally takes into account such elements as trade balance, fair competition and restrictions on monopoly. However, for the real estate industry, as an important driving force for the growth of the national economy, the development of this industry always receives the extra attention of the government. Different from other industries, the internationalization of China’s real estate industry in recent years has devoted more efforts to the supervision of regulators. Recently, the Ministry of Commerce issued a restriction policy on foreign-invested real estate.
