实验室里,给试管里固体物质加热制取气体时,常常遇到试管炸裂的现象.这样既影响了实验的顺利进行,又造成了浪费.究其原因主要是加热时试管受热不均.我们改用金属网套后,因扩大了受热面积,使试管能够均匀受热,就再也没有出现试管破裂的现象. 金属网套的制作:取铁窗纱或其他细铁丝网一块,剪成约8×5 cm的长方形(可根据试管大小做成不同的规格),弯成圆筒套在大试管底部,外用二根铁丝系住.然后将试管底部铁网的纵向铁丝抽去几根,横向铁丝向内弯至包住管底,使用时将试管直接插入该网套即可.
