目前尚未见到组合式片弹簧的详尽的设计计算资料。本文在试验的基础上,经过理论分析,提出了供设计计算用的组合式片弹簧力P和变形f的近似关系表达式: f=(1.9PB_0~2B_1)/(3EnJ_1) (1) 该式与按小挠度理论计算P和变形f~(?)关系式 f~(?)=(PB_0~2B_1)/(3EnJ_1) (2)相差较大。而许多片弹簧的计算资料都建议按小挠度理论计算,显然与组合式片弹簧的试验结果相差甚远(?)即误差几乎达45%。根据近似关系表达式和强度准则,本文提出了片弹簧片数n、片厚度t、片宽度b,和组合片弹簧高度H。等整套参数的确定方法和设计计算公式,供设计时使用。本文也提出了强压处理载荷的计算公式。

According to the approximate relational expression and the strength criterion, we propose the leaf spring number n, the slice thickness t, the slice width b, and the combined leaf spring height H. Set of parameters such as the determination of methods and design calculations for the use of design. This paper also put forward the formula of calculating the load under the intense pressure.
