目的研究三氯乙烯对SD大鼠生殖系统的损伤。方法腹腔注射给予雄性SD大鼠附0 mmol/L、3 mmol/L、6 mmol/L、10 mmol/L的三氯乙烯,以植物油为对照,连续暴露5 d后处死动物,取出睾丸与附睾,检测精子形态学与精子动力的变化,以及睾丸和附睾的病理学损伤。结果 10 mmol/L剂量组精子运动能力明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);10 mmol/L剂量组形态异常精子数明显高于对照组(P<0.01);10 mmol/L剂量组睾丸和附睾观察到组织病理损伤,睾丸生精细胞层变溥,间质增厚,而附睾管则有假复层柱状上皮的增生现象。结论三氯乙烯暴露可导致雄性SD大鼠生殖系统损伤,引起精子细胞运动能力下降,精子畸形率升高及组织发生病理改变。
Aim To study the effects of trichlorethylene on the reproductive system of SD rats. Methods Trichlorethylene (0 mmol / L, 3 mmol / L, 6 mmol / L, 10 mmol / L) was injected intraperitoneally to male Sprague Dawley rats and the animals were sacrificed 5 days after continuous exposure to vegetable oil. , Detect changes in sperm morphology and sperm motility, and pathological damage to the testis and epididymis. Results The sperm motility of 10 mmol / L dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The number of morphologically abnormal sperm in 10 mmol / L dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The testicular and epididymis in the 10 mmol / L dose group showed histopathological damage, the testicular germ cell layer became thick, and the interstitial thickening, while the epididymal tube had pseudostratified columnar epithelial hyperplasia. Conclusion Trichlorethylene exposure can cause genital system injury in male SD rats, resulting in decreased sperm motility, increased sperm deformity and histopathological changes.
