目的 观察改良白内障小切口摘除术的临床效果。方法 在百濑皓式白内障小切口摘除术中 ,改用球结膜反眉形切口和连续环形撕囊 ,并使用自制注吸分离系统抽吸皮质 ,共治疗 2 36眼。结果 术后三个月 ,矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 2 2 7眼 ,占 96 .2 % ,≥ 1.0者 137眼 ,占 5 8.1%。术后平均散光 0 .75 D± 0 .5 0 D,与术前比较 ,差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,并发症少。结论 本法有利于暴露术野 ,保持囊袋完整 ,彻底地清除切口侧皮质。临床效果好 ,并发症少。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified small incision cataract surgery. Methods In the procedure of 100 cases of small cataract surgery, Bai conjunctival anti-eyelid incision and continuous circular capsulorhexis were used. Ciclosporin was smoked by self-made suction and separation system for a total of 236 eyes. Results Three months after operation, corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was found in 227 eyes, accounting for 96.2% and ≥ 1.0 in 137 eyes, accounting for 5.18%. The average postoperative astigmatism was 0.75 D ± 0. 05 D, compared with the preoperative, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), less complications. Conclusion This method is conducive to the exposure of the operative field, maintaining the integrity of the capsular bag and thoroughly removing the incision cortex. Good clinical results, fewer complications.
