本文分析了黔东南州农村火灾形势严重的原因，提出实施农房改造是减少该区农村火灾的根本措施之一。

This article analyzes the reason of the serious fire situation in the villages in Qiandongnan Prefecture. It is suggested that the implementation of the reconstruction of farm houses is one of the fundamental measures to reduce rural fires in this area.
