1949年中华人民共和国成立到1956年底生产资料私有制的社会主义改造基本完成,是中华人民共和国从新民主主义到社会主义的过渡时期。在短短的七年中,由于中国共产党确定了正确的指导方针和基本政策,新中国巩固了新生的人民政权,提前完成了第一个五年计划,确立了社会主义制度,营造了良好的社会风气,从而奠定了中华人民共和国发展进步的坚实基础。
The socialist transformation of the private ownership of the means of production from the establishment of the People’s Republic of China in 1949 to the end of 1956 was basically completed. It is a period of transition of the People’s Republic of China from new democracy to socialism. In just seven years, thanks to the correct guidelines and basic policies set by the CPC, New China consolidated its nascent people’s government, completed its first five-year plan ahead of schedule, established the socialist system and created a sound Social ethos, thus laying a solid foundation for the development and progress of the People’s Republic of China.
