随着医药卫生事业的蓬勃发展,逐步完善现有的医事法律体系已经变得越来越为重要。然而,在此之前,我们必须明确医事法律应当遵循的基本原则,用以指导医事法律的构建和完善。本文从探讨医事法律基本原则应当具备的功能着手,从中探讨确立医事法律基本原则的相关标准,同时结合当今世界各国各地的一些较为成熟的理论实践,最终为我国如何构建医事法律的基本原则提出的一些构想,对医事法律的未来发展道路稍加展望。
