采用正交实验设计优化聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与聚羟基戊酸-co-羟基丁酸共聚酯(PHBV)在氯苯溶液中的接枝反应工艺。结果表明:乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)与过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)用量,反应温度显著影响接枝率(GR%)。在优化的反应工艺条件下,接枝率的置信度为90%的置信区间是(9.83±1.14)%,该值与实验结果(10.48%)一致。
The orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the grafting reaction of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) with polyhydroxyvaleric acid-co-hydroxybutyric acid copolyester (PHBV) in chlorobenzene solution. The results showed that the amount of vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) and dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) and the reaction temperature significantly affected the grafting rate (GR%). Under the optimized reaction conditions, the confidence interval of grafting rate was (9.83 ± 1.14)%, which was consistent with the experimental result (10.48%).
