本文叙述了低温气体渗碳特点及对特殊零件——柴油机喷油咀偶件18Cr_2Ni_4WA 针阀体上应用。一般气体渗碳常用温度为900~950℃,多数用煤油作渗碳气源,这样工艺对18Cr_2Ni_4WA 材料将产生严重网状碳化物,影响零件机械性能,造成磨削裂纹,文本采用了830℃低温渗碳,用工业乙醇裂化气作渗碳气源,明显改善了表面碳浓度及碳化物形态,使碳化物呈颗粒献分布,改善了零件机械性能。并且减少了零件变形。
