风湿性心脏病(RHD)仍是我国当前最常见的心脏病之一,它严重危害着青壮年一代的健康和生命。广州番禺心血管病防治区于1978年在全县范围开展了成人RHD的调查和全面的防治研究。为了解其自然病史、临床演变和防治效果、修订防治计划、总结防治经验,我们于1982年5月对初查患者进行了4年随访复查。现将研究结果报道如下。
Rheumatic heart disease (RHD) is still one of the most common heart diseases in our country, which seriously endangers the health and life of the young and middle-aged generation. Guangzhou Panyu cardiovascular disease prevention and control area in 1978 in the county conducted an investigation of adult RHD and comprehensive prevention and treatment. In order to understand its natural history, clinical evolution and prevention and treatment effects, revision of prevention and treatment plan, summed up the prevention and treatment experience, we conducted a 4-year follow-up review of patients in the initial examination in May 1982. The research results are reported below.
