北京金源商场位于北京市南二环,右安门桥南侧。原建筑是北京交用公司的库房,现改建成大型百货商场,共三层,每层建筑面积为1100平方米。基于甲方资金有限,设计人员调动心智,开动脑筋,力求达到“中档装修,高档设计”的水准,使金源商场成为厂大工薪阶层的“购物天堂”。 结合原有建筑条件（柱距较大、空间较高的特点）与装修资金有限（每平方米投资600至700元）的情况,将装修风格定位在简洁明快、人流通畅、功能合理、色调清新这些特点之上,运用价廉物美的现代装修材料给人以现代时尚的感受。 布局上采用垂直线形,局部采用45°轴线布置柜台,形成空间变化,增加趣味性。交通面积占总面积三分之一,以使人流通畅（图11、12）。布局做到疏密结合,“全中有精”,服装部（图8）、皮货部采用开架式,装修风格趋向高档,采用木皮贴面的板式货柜。而大分数的商品柜台站食口部（图10）、文化用品部（图7）等采用防火板贴面,简洁明快,设计上还适当留出了休息区域,设休息椅、咖啡座（图9）等,使整个商场集体息、娱乐、购物于一体,为首都北京市民生活增加方便。 此工程主要设计人员有许捷、王宏、于昭、赵绛辉、顾宏宇等。
Beijing Jinyuan Shopping Mall is located at the South Second Ring Road in Beijing, south of You’anmen Bridge. The original building is a warehouse of Beijing Jiaotong Company and is now converted into a large-scale department store with a total of three floors. Each floor has a floor area of 1,100 square meters. Based on the limited funds of Party A, the designers mobilized their minds and used their brains to achieve the “mid-range decoration, high-end design” level, making Jinyuan Shopping Mall a “shopping paradise” for the working-class workers. Combining the original construction conditions (large column spacing, high spatial characteristics) and the limited funds for renovation (600 to 700 yuan per square meter), the decoration style will be positioned in a clear and concise manner, with smooth circulation, reasonable functions and fresh colors. On top of these features, the use of modern, inexpensive materials to give people a modern and stylish feel. The vertical line shape is adopted in the layout, and the counter is partially arranged with the 45° axis to form a space change and increase the interest. The traffic area accounts for one-third of the total area for smooth circulation (Figures 11, 12). The layout is densely integrated, “fine in all”, the clothing department (Figure 8), and the leather goods department adopt open-frame type, and the decoration style tends to be high-end, using veneer-laminated plate containers. The large scores of food counters at the food outlets (Figure 10) and the Stationery Department (Figure 7) were fire-resistant panels that were simple and neat, and the rest of the design was properly set. There were rest chairs and cafes (Figures). 9) Waiting for the whole shopping mall to integrate leisure, entertainment, and shopping together to increase convenience for the citizens of the capital Beijing. The main designers of this project include Xu Jie, Wang Hong, Yu Zhao, Zhao Yihui, and Gu Hongyu.
