近年我国城乡儿童卡介苗接种率显著增加,个别因注射稍深发生接种部溃疡。这种溃疡用一般常规外科换药数十次仍不结痂,给患者带来痛苦。近来我们用利福平口腔膜治疗取得很好效果。利福平是一种抗生素类抗结核药,现已由北京第六制药厂制成薄膜,用于治疗口腔溃疡,疗效不错。笔者将该膜试用于治疗因卡介苗接种引起的局部溃疡,也收到了良好效果。方法:取利福平口腔膜一片,剪成比溃疡面稍大些的膜
