目的:观察张良英教授自拟保胎饮联合黄体酮胶丸治疗脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产患者80例,随机分为两个组,对照组予黄体酮胶丸治疗,治疗组予黄体酮胶丸联合保胎饮治疗,观察两组的保胎疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合保胎较单纯的西医保胎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Zhang Liangying’s combination of progesterone and progesterone in treating spondylolisthesis with early threatened abortion. Methods: Eighty patients with early threatened abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with progesterone capsules. The treatment group was treated with progesterone capsules combined with tocolysis. Tire protection effect. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine tocolytic than the simple Western tocolytic effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
