按照集中采购“三步走”规划的第三步,在我公司现有核电项目实施过程中,逐步实现“编码管理中心、供方管理中心、采购中心、仓储管理中心”的目标。本文通过在项目仓储管理中建立二维码仓库管理系统,为主要物项及地址付码实现项目工程实施过程中的主要物资供应链管理,实现物资的技术、质量、运维全程可追溯,提高核电建造物资管理水平,提高土建施工物资管理附加值,实现为工程建设增值的目的。
