目的初步探讨自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗在青少年错牙合畸形患者正畸临床中的应用。方法分析临床采用268颗国产和进口自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗对107例青少年错牙合畸形患者进行正畸治疗情况,总结微螺钉种植体支抗的应用方法及临床应用体会。结果微螺钉种植体支抗的总成功率分别为94.03%,国产和进口微螺钉种植体植入成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均能有效完成支抗控制。植入不同部位微螺钉种植体成功率有一定差异,植入腭部的微螺钉种植体成功率明显高于其他部位。结论微螺钉种植体是正畸治疗中一种效果肯定的骨性正畸支抗。
Objective To investigate the application of self-tapping micro-screw implant in the orthodontic treatment of adolescent malocclusion. Methods Clinical analysis of orthodontic treatment of 107 adolescent malocclusion patients with 268 homemade and imported self-tapping micro-screw implants in clinical practice. Methods and clinical application of micro-screw implant implants were summarized. Results The total success rates of implanting micro-screw implants were 94.03%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the successful implantation rate between domestic and imported micro-screw implants (P> 0.05). The success rate of micro-screw implants implanted in different parts of a certain difference, the implanted palatal micro-screw implants success rate was significantly higher than other parts. Conclusion Micro-screw implants are an orthodontic treatment of orthodontic skeletal orthodontic support.
