运用现代系统学的结构分析方法与多学科理论,提出了动作协调能力是人的生物学要素与心理学要素有序组合的多层次复杂网络结构的观点。笔者认为动作协调能力的形成和发展,必定受到活动主体自身体能和心能因素的协同影响。动作协调能力的稳定性,取决于各构成要素之间的相对平衡状态,这种非线性动态平衡关系反映了人体作为一种生命自组织系统的自我调节功能的特性。
Using modern systematic theory of structural analysis and multidisciplinary theory, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that the action coordination ability is a multi-level and complex network structure in which the biological elements and psychological elements of human beings are orderly combined. The author believes that the formation and development of the coordination ability of the movement must be affected by the synergy of physical and mental factors of the main body of the activity. The stability of motor coordination depends on the relative balance between the components. This nonlinear dynamic balance reflects the self-regulating function of the human body as a life self-organizing system.
