细菌性痢疾(下称菌痢)在冬季流行较少。1984年初驻浙东某单位(共34人,含家属8人)发生一起食物型菌痢流行,现将调查结果报告如下。一般情况 1984年1月30日下午2时,首例因畏寒、发热(40.5℃)、腹痛、腹泻送来入院,初诊为“急性胃肠炎”,随即确诊为菌痢。自后于当天下午5时至1周以内陆续出现类似症状者10例,迄2月6日止,共发生11例(7例住院),除1例临时来队家属系女性外,其余均为男性青壮年,以有进污染食物史者27人计,发病11人,占40.74%。临床经过住院7例均确诊为急性典型菌痢,潜伏期最短18h,最长7d。症状为;畏寒7例、
