临床资料患者,男,38岁,主因双下肢多发橘黄色丘疹、结节1个月,于2011年10月8日就诊于我科。1个月前无明显原因,患者双下肢出现米粒大小黄色丘疹,未予重视,皮损逐渐增多、增大,部分融合成片,无自觉症状,局部搔抓后表面有破溃、结痂。近3个月来,患者有口渴,体重下降近15kg,但空腹血糖正常,未予重视。否认有慢性病
Clinical data Patients, male, 38 years old, mainly due to double lower extremity multiple orange papules, nodules 1 month, on October 8, 2011 for treatment in our department. One month ago, there was no obvious reason. There were yellow papules with rice size in both lower extremities. No attention was paid to the lesions. The skin lesions gradually increased and enlarged, some of them merged into tablets without any symptoms and the surfaces were ulcerated and scabbed after partial scratching. Nearly three months, the patient had thirst, weight loss nearly 15kg, but normal fasting blood glucose, no attention. Denied a chronic disease
