由病死牲畜引起的沙门氏菌食物中毒在国内屡见不鲜。在西藏地区因受传统饮食习惯、文化卫生知识水平、自然环境等因素的影响,由病死牛肉引起的沙门氏菌食物中毒有其自己的特点。现结合近年来在拉萨市发生的6起中毒事件,作如下分析。
