目的 研究芸香苷 (Rutoside,Ru)皮下注射对大鼠实验性急性胰腺炎的预防性保护作用。方法 脱氧胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射和胆胰管结扎诱导 2种急性胰腺炎 (acutepancreatitis,AP)模型。Ru 30、 6 0、 12 0mg/kg于造模前给药 2次 ,检测造模后不同时间点的血清淀粉酶 (AMS)、脂肪酶 (LPS)活性 ,计算胰腺系数和 2 4h存活率 ,胰腺组织做病理学检查。结果 Ru(30、6 0、12 0mg/mg ,sc)可不同程度地降低模型大鼠升高的血清AMS、LPS水平 ,减小胰腺系数和提高 2 4h存活率。结论 Ru预防给药对脱氧胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射诱导的AP和胆胰管结扎诱发的AP均有有一定的保护作用
Objective To study the preventive effect of Rutoside (Ru) subcutaneously on experimental acute pancreatitis in rats. Methods Two kinds of acute pancreatitis (AP) models were induced by retrospective choledocho-pancreatic duct injection and biliary and pancreatic duct ligation. Ru 30, 60, 120 mg / kg were given twice before modeling. Serum amylase (AMS) and lipase (LPS) activity were measured at different time points after modeling. Pancreatic coefficient and 24 h survival rate were calculated. Pancreatic tissue to do pathological examination. Results Ru (30,6 0,12 0 mg / mg, sc) decreased the level of serum AMS and LPS, reduced the pancreatic coefficient and increased the survival rate of 24 h in model rats. Conclusion Ru prophylaxis can protect APs induced by retrograde cholangiopancreatic injection of sodium deoxycholate and AP induced by biliary and pancreatic duct ligation
