采用平皿法对湖北和重庆合川两地不同存放时间的决明子种子进行了带菌检测和分离鉴定,并研究了3种杀菌剂对决明子种子带菌的消毒处理效果。结果表明,决明子种子携带的主要真菌类群为青霉属(Penicillium)、根霉属(Rhizopus)和曲霉属(Aspergillus)。湖北和重庆合川两地的决明子所寄藏的真菌种类差异不大。种子放置时间越长,所携带的真菌种类越少,携带的优势菌---青霉属真菌的分离比例越大。枯建对不同批次决明子种子所携带的真菌均具有较好的消毒效果。
The plate method was used to detect and isolate cassia seed of cassia seed in different storage time in Hechuan and Chongqing Hechuan, and the effect of three kinds of fungicides on the disinfection of cassia seed was studied. The results showed that the main fungi colonies carried by seeds of cassia seed were Penicillium, Rhizopus and Aspergillus. There was no significant difference in the types of fungi stored in cassia seed of Hubei and Chongqing Hechuan. The longer the seeds are placed, the fewer the fungi are carried, and the greater the separation rate of the penicillium fungi, the dominant bacteria carried. Drying on different batches of cassia seeds carried by fungi have better disinfection.
