安定液滴鼻法在人工流产术中应用，能够解决未产妇或有剖宫产史初次行人工流产术者因术中宫口紧而致手术困难的问题，降低了人工流产综合征的发生率。作者收集２５７例，设为实验组２０２例，对照组５５例，对扩宫效果、人工流产综合征发生率进行比较，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０５，说明安定液滴鼻法能顺利扩张宫口，降低人工流产术综合征的发生率。安定液滴鼻法方法简单、价廉、无副作用。
