The electron tunneling effect can be used to obtain a high-resolution vibrational spectrum of organic molecules adsorbed on the surface of the metal oxide film. This article presents a recent development of new techniques for studying adsorbate-adsorbate interactions and plots some interesting inelastic electron tunneling spectroscopy. Much of the knowledge of the oxide surface properties that are important catalysts can be explored from the spectrograms of these systems and the spectra of their surface adsorbates. Inelastic electron tunneling spectroscopy is a new and valuable technique that gives detailed vibration information about the material being adsorbed. Therefore, it has become the most widely used other electronic spectroscopy to supplement, such as low-energy electron diffraction
