用重量分析法测定了31种野生向日葵(Helianthus)风干叶子的橡胶含量其中对含量大于0.93%的10种向日葵进一步作了13c—核磁共振光谱分析(13cNMR)。橡胶含量最高的向日葵有四种。在这四种向日葵的提取液中纯橡胶的含量>92%,其他向日葵提取液中却被高分子直链碳水化合物杂质所占据。在这十种向日葵茎的苯提取液中只发现很少或没有发现橡胶。H.annuus是四种橡胶含量最高的向日葵品种之一,商业上推广的杂交种也是从H.annuus衍变来的。
The rubber content of air-dried leaves of 31 wild Helianthus species was determined by gravimetric analysis. 13C-NMR spectra of 10 sunflower species with more than 0.93% were further analyzed by 13C-NMR. There are four types of sunflower with the highest rubber content. In the four kinds of sunflower extract pure rubber content of> 92%, other sunflower extract is occupied by the polymer straight chain carbohydrate impurities. Only very few or no rubber was found in the benzene extract of the ten sunflower stems. H.annuus is one of four varieties of sunflower with the highest rubber content, and commercial hybrids are also derived from H.annuus.
