本研究以新课程标准为背景,以武术课程教师专业化发展为研究对象,就武术教师的专业构成、教学和培养等,作出实际分析;理清中小学武术课程教师在教学武术教学中的成功经验和存在的问题,为武术课程教师培养提供必要的理论支持和有效的改进方法。
This research takes the new curriculum standards as the background, takes the specialized development of Wushu teachers as the research object, and makes a practical analysis on the professional constitution, teaching and training of Wushu teachers; clarifies the success of Wushu teachers in teaching Wushu teaching Experience and existing problems, provide the necessary theoretical support and effective improvement methods for the training of Wushu teachers.
