金属复合挤压时的流动规律取决于分流点的位置。如果应用滑移线作图法求分流点[1],工作量较大,而且有误差。本文从复合挤压时塑性变形区滑移线场的性质出发,证明在一定的摩擦条件下,分流点的位置与模具尺寸有简单的几何关系,并据此提出一种求分流点位置的简便作图法和理论计算公式。分析讨论了一些工艺参数对分流点位置和变形规律的影响。
