本文用5-羟色胺(5-HT)抗血清的免疫组织化学方法对大鼠回肠(外纵肌全层铺片标本)内含5-HT免疫反应性(5-HT-IR)神经元进行了观察研究。正常大鼠回肠壁内神经节(丛)内可见少数5-HT-IR核周体,及肠肌丛周围和节间束中含有丰富的5-HT-IR纤维。5-羟色胺酸(5-HTP)处理后大鼠与正常鼠相比较,回肠壁丛内5-HT-IR胞体和带膨体纤维的可见数稍多,及免疫反应性增强。本研究对大鼠回肠内在的5-HT能神经元的存在提供了直接的形态学证据,并初步讨论了肠5-HT能神经元对胃肠运动的调节功能及其可能的受体机理。
In this study, 5-HT-immunoreactive (5-HT-IR) neurons in the ileum of the rat (full longitudinal lay of external longitudinal muscle) were subjected to immunohistochemistry with 5-HT antiserum Observational study. A small number of 5-HT-IR perinuclear bodies were observed in the ileal wall ganglion in normal rats, and the 5-HT-IR fibers were abundant in the peri-intestinal and internode bundles. Compared with normal rats, the number of 5-HT-IR somatic cells and expanded fibers in ileal wall plexus were slightly increased and the immunoreactivity increased after treatment with 5-HTP. This study provided direct morphological evidence for the presence of 5-HT neurons in the ileum of rats and initially discussed the regulation of gastrointestinal motility by intestinal 5-HT neurons and their possible receptor mechanisms.
