反思性教学是提高生物教学质量的重要手段,是教师成为学者型教师的主要途径。主要通过阐述把教学过程中的一些感触、思考或困惑及时记录下来,以便重新审核教师的教学行为,以此形成课后教学反思,努力提升教学实践合理性,切实提高教学质量。
Reflective teaching is an important means to improve the quality of biological teaching and is the main way for teachers to become scholar-teachers. Mainly through the teaching of the process of teaching some of the feelings, thinking or confusion recorded in a timely manner in order to re-examine the teaching of teachers in order to form after-class teaching reflection, and strive to enhance the rationality of teaching practice, and effectively improve the quality of teaching.
