通过实验,对铸铁局部钨极氩弧重熔强化原理进行了探讨,找出了电弧电流、熔化速度等工艺参数对金相组织和性能的影响规律,并分析了合金元素的强化作用.通过与铸造激冷和WC堆焊件的对比实验,表明重熔强化处理是一项发挥铸铁潜在能力的表面改性新技术.
Through experiments, the principle of local remelting strengthening of cast iron was studied. The influence of arc current, melting speed and other parameters on microstructure and properties was analyzed. The strengthening effect of alloying elements was also analyzed. Through the comparison with foundry chill and WC surfacing, it shows that the remelting strengthening is a new surface modification technology that can exert the potential of cast iron.
