湖南省冶金企业在治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序、全面深化改革的新形势下,如何增强自我承受意识和本领,把克服外部困难的过程转变成加强内部管理、挖掘内部潜力、最大限度减少外部影响损失的机遇,不仅是保持自身持续稳定发展的现实需要,更是全行业在有计划商品经济环境中能否生存发展的战略问题。本文特就以上问题作一些粗浅的分析。
